This computer has raw power in spades. The version I tested packed an Intel Core i7-13700K, an Intel UHD Graphics 770, 32GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. It is more than enough for most of the business tasks.

The processor on my unit hit 5.3 GHz in single-core tasks and held steady at 3.2 GHz for most multi-core tasks. Additionally, it delivers formidable speed and scored 2,082 single-core and 30,468 multi-core in Cinebench R23.

However, while the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 handles small design tasks or basic video decoding, it’s not suitable for rendering, or 3D workloads; those require a discrete GPU.

Moving on to ports, this desktop does not let you down. Quite typical of mini-towers, the back section of the computer comes with a number of USB Type-A and Type-C ports, Ethernet, and DisplayPort connectors.

But what really caught my eye is how Dell has paid special attention to the front of the case. On the front panel, there are three ports for USB Type A, one port of Type C, an audio port with a combo jack, and even a place for an SD card.

For me personally, and I guess for a lot of professionals dealing with the media, it is quite handy to have an SD card reader.

While it’s true that some parts are proprietary, the machine is generally pretty easy to upgrade, especially since you can access the internals quite easily.

On top of that, there are two additional M.2 slots for storage and two extra DIMM RAM slots, making upgrades possible. The power supply at the bottom even has an extra six-pin connector in case you need to upgrade the graphics card.

That said, there are a couple of downsides. The proprietary motherboard and power supply might limit users who love to tinker and seriously upgrade their systems. It is probably not ideal compared to the Apple 24-inch colorful iMac concerning its allure, but still, it is the best computer for business owners.

The IPS panel provides good brightness and color reproduction, with a maximum brightness of 327 cd/m² and a decent contrast ratio of 1023:1. Colors are vibrant, and it covers a large portion of the sRGB color space, making it suitable for general use and some light photo editing.

At first, we didn’t expect much from the HP All-in-One 27 and thought it would be a typical, uninspiring Windows desktop.

However, we were pleasantly surprised by its stylish and practical design. It’s a great solution for home and office users who need a compact and capable computer for demanding tasks.

You won’t be doing 3D rendering or video editing here, but you’ll have no trouble with things like running Zoom calls, streaming 4K video, or working in Adobe Photoshop for light edits.

Additionally, the system comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which proved more than sufficient during testing. We opened 20+ Chrome tabs alongside Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and a PowerPoint deck loaded with graphics, and the system didn’t even flinch. RAM performance on AIDA64 showed a read speed of around 38,000 MB/s, confirming that everyday workflows will run fluidly, even when you’re deep in multitasking mode.

As for storage, the 1TB PCIe SSD ensures fast file access and quick boots. The system consistently powered on in under 11 seconds, and CrystalDiskMark tests recorded read speeds of roughly 3,500 MB/s and write speeds close to 3,000 MB/s.

We also put it to the test with a 50,000-entry Excel file, using pivot tables to create pie charts and bar graphs. The desktop handled it all smoothly, with no slowdowns, which is perfect for office work.
